Privacy
Protecting your privacy is important to Architectural Devices. We strive to keep your personal information confidential. To that end, architecturaldevices.com uses industry-standard Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption on all web pages where personal information is required. To make purchases from architecturaldevices.com, you must use an SSL-enabled browser such as Netscape Navigator 3.0 or later, or Internet Explorer. This protects the confidentiality of your personal and credit card information while it is transmitted over the Internet. You acknowledge and agree by entering and using this site that Architectural Devices has used reasonable efforts to protect your privacy and confidential information and that in the event your information is disclosed as the result of hacking or other improper or illegal access to your private or confidential information by third parties you will not make any claim or bring any legal action against Architectural Devices as the result of such disclosure, including but not limited to any claim or legal action for any loss or damage you may sustain or for injunctive relief.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use architecturaldevices.com only with the consent and involvement of a parent or guardian. Architectural Devices reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
Sales Tax
Architectural Devices is located in San Francisco, CA and will charge California sales tax for orders shipped to California and San Francisco tax for orders shipped to San Francisco. You are expected to comply with your state's current laws regarding purchases over the Internet.
Returns
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us immediately via e-mail at orders@archictecturaldevices.com so that we may work with you to arrange for shipment of a replacement. No returns will be accepted more than 30 days after initial shipment. Refunds (less shipping and handling fees) will be issued if merchandise is returned in its original condition and packaging within 7 days; after 7 days a restocking fee of 25% will be charged. Special order items are not returnable. Credit card orders will receive refunds in the form of a credit to the credit card account charged, and check payments will receive refunds in the form of a refund check.
Order cancellation
Orders cancelled after 24 hours may be subject to a minimum 25% or maximum 50% cancellation and restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges incurred.
Changes to Terms and Conditions and To Site
Architectural Devices, LLC reserves the right to modify or change the terms of use of this site with or without notification.
User Warranties
In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, you have the authority to place the order , and you are providing accurate, true, and complete information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
You expressly understand and agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk and that this site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Architectural Devices makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials or products included on this site.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Architectural Devices, LLC and its officers, directors, employees and suppliers, from any claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made or incurred by any third party arising out of or related to your use of this site.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your account and restrict your use of this site if we have reason to believe you have violated any of these terms and conditions, including providing us with false information.
Partial Invalidity
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Use shall in any respect be declared invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability shall not affect any other term or condition of these Terms of Use, and these Terms of Use shall be interpreted as though such invalid, illegal and unenforceable term or condition was not a part hereof.
